Lululemon Athletica in Mexico is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service and expert product knowledge in-store. You will engage with guests, demonstrate product education, and support omnichannel programs like buy online/pickup in store to ensure a seamless guest experience.

You will thrive in a fast-paced retail setting, moving across the floor to assist guests, while contributing to a collaborative team that values inclusion and outstanding service.

Formación

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have travel to assigned store with own transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work in a bright, loud retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value.
• Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest experience with omnichannel programs.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to make it right.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment.
• Collaborate with team to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
