You will move dynamically on the floor, assist guests with needs, and support omnichannel programs such as buy online/pickup in store and ship from store.

Formación

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to provide excellent guest service and product education.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and value guests' time.
• Assess guests' needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Facilitate seamless transactions and support omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, ship from store).
• Move on the floor to engage guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to take action.
