Johnson Controls is seeking a Supervisor - STIVA 2 in Monterrey to lead daily production, ensure safety, and coordinate with multiple departments to meet targets and quality standards.

You will mentor teams, drive efficiency improvements, and promote a culture of accountability and innovation while maintaining a compliant and safe manufacturing environment.

Address operational challenges proactively by focusing on the key aspects of the production process, ensuring smooth workflows and removing obstacles for your team. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through regular evaluations and collaborative problem-solving, fostering an environment of innovation and progress. Promote a collaborative and inclusive work culture that values diverse perspectives and builds trust, ensuring all team members contribute towards shared success.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, production management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
