Bain & Company is seeking a Staff Engineer I to join Coro, Bain’s digital product team, in Mexico City. You will own end-to-end features across Artemis backend (Python/FastAPI) and frontend (React/TypeScript), ship complete, tested work, and mentor junior engineers in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Formación

• Associate/Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5-8+ years of full-stack web development experience.
• Experience with marketing, media, or advertising data is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own and implement complete features across backend API and React frontend.
• Build and maintain backend routes with documented API contracts.
• Develop marketing analytics interfaces with React components.
• Write database queries and migrations for Artemis data models.
• Maintain tests and contribute to troubleshooting and deployments.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in recruitment activities.
