Bain & Company in Mexico City seeks a Senior Data Engineer to own data ingestion, transformation, and quality infrastructure for Artemis, Bain’s AI-driven marketing platform. You will design robust ETL pipelines and data models, ensuring clean, accessible inputs for analytics and AI workflows.

You will collaborate with Coro’s data and AI teams, work with external data sources, and drive innovation within a fast-paced Agile environment. Strong Python and Databricks experience preferred.

Formación

• 3-5+ years of data engineering experience building ETL or data pipeline systems.
• Track record of delivering in an Agile environment.
• Experience troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Data Ingestion and Transformation: build and maintain pipelines ingesting diverse client datasets and transform them into model-ready outputs.
• Data Quality: develop data quality checks and reports ensuring completeness, consistency, and referential integrity.
• Data Modeling & External Integrations: design adaptable data models and manage integrations with third-party data sources (Nielsen, Circana, GfK, Kantar, Numerator).
• Innovation & Emerging Technologies: explore new tools and trends; participate in POCs and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers to ensure data layer supports LLM-powered workflows.
