Sistemas Médicos Alaris, S.A.de C.V.- BD seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across manufacturing, M&A due diligence, and transfers in the Tijuana region.

You will define programs, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement with plant leaders, Engineering, R&D, quality and Finance, ensuring ISO, GMP, QMS compliance.

Advanced English is required; US visa and travel availability are expected for this role.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration or similar.
• 5+ years in project management.
• Led multi-disciplinary cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication with Senior Plant leaders.
• Proficient in MS Project, Smartsheet or Primavera.
• Knowledge of PMI, Agile and Lean Six Sigma.
• Able to interpret operational and financial KPIs and have financial acumen.
• Familiar with Medical Device regulatory standards (ISO, GMP, QMS).
• Advanced English.
• Valid US Visa and passport.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic projects to optimize manufacturing network and insourcing.

• Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, QMS in region (Tijuana, MX).
• Deliver project updates to leadership.
• Define program resources and evaluate performance.
• Apply advanced PM methodologies (WBS, risk, integrated planning).
• Drive continuous improvement across teams and processes.
• Manage budgets and financial resources for projects.
• Execute projects to committed timeline and budget.
• Adapt to scope changes to meet commitments.

Descripción del empleo

1. Lead multiple strategic projects to support manufacturing network optimization and product insourcing from external suppliers.

2. Support M&A due diligence and the implementation of integration activities.

3. Manage cross-functional teams, including direct and indirect reports across technical, commercial, and production functions.

4. Develop and maintain standardized processes and playbooks for due diligence, M&A, and manufacturing transfers.

5. Initiate and manage capital requests (CB-2) for M&A, capacity expansion, and network Optimization and Insourcing Projects.

6. Provide capital planning insights, monitor expenditures, and ensure alignment with financial forecasts.

7. Collaborate with plant managers, ISC leadership, Engineering, R&D, quality and Finance to develop and execute project plans.

8. Ensure compliance with regional manufacturing requirements, particularly in Tijuana and Mexico.

9. Deliver project updates to business and functional leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

10. Define and secure program resources, establish team roles and responsibilities, and evaluate performance.

11. Apply advanced project management methodologies, including scope definition, WBS, risk management, and integrated business planning.

12. Provide technical guidance and drive continuous improvement across teams and processes.

13. Manage budgets and financial resources for assigned projects.

14. Execute projects Successfully to committed Timeline and Budget

15. Ability to react to changes in Project scope and restrategize Project and resources to meet Project commitments (Timeline and Budget)

16. Ensure compliance with Regulatory and Manufacturing standards, ISO, GMP, QMS

- Degree in Industrial Engineering, bachelor's degree in Administration, or similar

- 5+ years of experience in project management

- Strong/demonstrated experience leading Multi disciplinary/cross functional teams across the full spectrum of a Manufacturing Business

- Strong communication skills, work with Senior Plant leaders to drive accountability, ownership and have the confidence to challenge local decisions that are not aligned with Project Success

- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Primavera for planning and tracking activities

- Solid knowledge of methodologies such as PMI, Agile, and Lean Six Sigma for process improvement and project execution

- Ability to interpret and analyze operational and financial KPIs to support decision-making, strong knowledge in financial acumen is a must

- Familiarity with standards and regulatory requirements within the Medical Device industry
