Formación

• Experience leading complex projects such as product launches, process transfers, or large operational initiatives.
• Ability to coordinate and influence cross‑functional teams in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical and non‑technical information in English.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills to manage multiple priorities and make informed, data‑based decisions.

• Ensure all project activities comply with quality management systems, environmental, health, and safety standards.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Exposure to manufacturing processes such as assembly, welding, heat treatment, or component fabrication.
• Familiarity with quality, safety, or operational standards within a regulated environment.
• Experience using project management or engineering software tools.
