Job summary

GE Aerospace in Querétaro seeks a Staff Engineer for CF34 Mechanical Systems to provide technical leadership and drive development of robust hardware solutions. You will resolve complex issues, guide the MSE team, and support design board activities to meet program goals.

Qualifications

• BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or a closely related engineering field.
• Experience in MSE hardware and cross-functional collaboration is expected.
• Effective written and oral communication in English and Spanish.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects across functions and coach others.
• Knowledge of design reviews and certification processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution for CF34 mechanical systems with domain expertise.
• Coach and mentor team members to meet business goals and improve processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, manufacturing, services) to resolve field issues.
