Newell Brands in Mexicali, Mexico is seeking a Sr Production Supervisor to ensure the successful execution of manufacturing schedules while maintaining safety, quality, productivity and efficiency across operations. You will lead production teams, drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives, and coordinate with Planning, Engineering and Quality to meet KPIs and ISO/FSC standards.

This role requires 3+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, a Bachelor's degree in a related field,

We are seeking a Sr Production Supervisor to ensure the successful execution of manufacturing schedules while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, lead, and develop production teams.

• Ensure compliance with operational and financial KPIs.

• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Monitor and manage key performance indicators such as OEE, Scrap, MUV, employee turnover, and absenteeism.

• Coordinate activities with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Human Resources, and other support functions.

• Lead efforts to ensure compliance with ISO and FSC standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading manufacturing operations.

• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

• Experience managing production and financial performance metrics.

• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

• Flexibility to work different shifts.
