Job summary

We are seeking a Sr. Reporting & Analytics Analyst at Kellanova to transform complex data into actionable insights for North America Customer Service and Order-to-Delivery teams. You will partner with Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, IT, Distribution, and GBS to address trends and operational challenges.

The role emphasizes data analysis, BI tooling (Power BI, Excel, Power Query, Power Apps, Power Automate), and ongoing process improvements to elevate service effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in reporting, business analytics, customer service analytics, supply chain, shared services, or another process-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns and interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and other reporting or data-visualization tools.
  • Experience with ERP and business systems such as SAP; familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, Tableau, Celonis, or ServiceNow.
  • Fluent level of English.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting and Data Analysis — Develop, maintain, and validate recurring and ad hoc reports that transform operational data into actionable insights for the North America Customer Service and Order-to-Delivery teams.
  • Business Intelligence and Automation — Build and enhance analytics solutions using Power BI, Excel, Power Query, Power Apps, and Power Automate to improve reporting capabilities and ways of working.
  • Performance Insights and Problem Solving — Analyze complex data sets, identify trends and root causes, troubleshoot reporting and data-quality issues, and recommend solutions that improve service, efficiency, and operational performance.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership — Collaborate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, IT, Distribution, Transportation, and external service providers to understand business needs and resolve Order-to-Delivery challenges.
  • Projects and Continuous Improvement — Support analytics projects, technology upgrades, system testing, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen controls, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.

We’re Looking for Someone With
