• Working knowledge of engineering standards, quality systems, and safe manufacturing practices.
• Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives at the same time while maintaining focus on priorities and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience with continuous improvement tools such as Lean, Kaizen, root cause analysis, 6 Sigma, A3s or similar methodologies.
• Practical knowledge of advanced fabrication processes, including welding methods, surface finishing requirements, and process costing.
• Familiarity with manufacturing or engineering systems such as ERP platforms, CAD tools, Factory/Site Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT) or project management software.
• Experience supporting new product introductions, equipment qualification, or process validation activities.
• TIG, Laser Welding certification preferred (or equivalent documented experience).
