• Al menos 5 años de experiencia en planificación de suministro o fabricación.
• Más de 1 año y medio de experiencia en liderazgo.
• Capacidad para equilibrar servicio y costos y gestionar prioridades.
• Hábil para motivar y coordinar equipos y colaborar con funciones diversas.
• Capacidad para comunicar claramente y resolver problemas de planificación.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar la planificación maestra de producción para componentes LOM.
• Gestionar la planificación de piso de producción para componentes LOM.
• Dirigir un equipo de planificadores y definir metas.
• Garantizar involvement diario de la equipo y cumplir plazos.
• Participar en procesos globales con propiedad local o integración global.
• Formar parte del Leadership Team GSCO y LT de LOM Moulding.

LOM Component Planning is a Consumer Driven Operation with the mission to deliver components at the right time, at the right quality, and in the most cost-efficient way.

The Senior Planning Manager heads up the LOM Component Production Planning team, consisting of 8–10 employees. The Senior Planning Manager is a key player in ensuring motivation and satisfaction remain high among highly skilled analysts/planners.

The Senior Planning Manager needs to be strong in both people management and partner management to ensure we balance feasibility and costs optimally in an environment with different focus areas and department initiatives. Strong people management skills are essential to align and motivate diverse teams, manage competing priorities, and drive accountability across functions. By effectively coaching, developing, and coordinating team members, the role ensures consistent execution, clear communication, and efficient decision-making, ultimately enabling the organization to adapt quickly while maintaining high performance and cost discipline.

Core responsibilities

• Own Master Production Scheduling for LOM Component Planning

• Own Shop Floor Scheduling for LOM Component Planning

• Lead a team of LOM component production planners, including setting targets and direction for the team

• Secure high day-to-day involvement with the LOM component production planning team and ensure that tasks handled by this team are completed within the agreed timeframes

• Cover responsibility for global processes with local ownership. This can be either as a local owner or as a global counterpart.

• Be part of the GSCO extended Leadership Team and LOM Moulding LT

Do you have what it takes?

• Minimum 5 years of supply planning or manufacturing experience

• Deep planning expertise and ability to articulate key supply chain dependencies and planning principles

• 1.5+ years of leadership and people management experience

• Ability to deliver results consistently and execute the agenda laid out. The results are very much based on the ability to find the right balance between service and costs.

• As a leader, secure that employees remain motivated in an environment with many changes and short deadlines.

• Actively encourage own team and others to share different viewpoints in order to generate an integrated understanding of issues and opportunities, and to encourage innovation.

• Great communicator, both orally and in writing, with supply chain experts, production managers, and technical engineers, with the ability to obtain the needed level of insight into both areas in order to be successful.

• Flexibility due to time zones

• Since solutions to constraints and supply dilemmas most often require cross-functional involvement, the owner of this role must navigate in an environment of conflicting interests and still be able to drive the right decisions that serve the LEGO Group best.

• Ability to link short-term planning to longer-term operational impact and identify risks and opportunities linked to production planning

• Invests in building strong and sustainable relationships with others based on clearly defined priorities and accountabilities

• Due to the mix of high complexity in data analysis and the practical layers of production constraints, the owner of this role must apply critical thinking to all data before making recommendations or decisions.
