LEGO Group en Monterrey busca un Coordinador de Producción de empaquetado para supervisar indicadores diarios, coordinar reuniones y apoyar la planificación de la producción. La persona seleccionada actualizará bases de datos operativas, gestionará herramientas de visualización como Power BI y desarrollará proyectos de mejora continua para optimizar recursos y reducir desechos.

• Coordinate daily operational indicators and performance metrics.
• Prepare documentation for department huddle meetings related to performance.
• Participate in daily production meetings.
• Monitor compliance with daily production plans (FMC, Pieces, labor and machine hours).
• Promote initiatives to simplify and optimize activities.
• Generate performance analyses related to productivity and resource utilization.
• Update operational databases.
• Manage visualization tools (Power BI).
• Develop continuous improvement projects.
• Deliver Waste process
• Execute sanity checks & process confirmations for the different areas.

Job Description

• Coordinate the daily operational indicators and performance metrics.


• Responsible for preparing the necessary documentation for the Huddle meetings of the department related to the performance of the area.


• Participate in daily production meetings.


• Monitor daily production plans compliance. (FMC, Pieces, labor and machine hours)


• Promote initiatives aimed at simplifying and optimizing activities.


• Generate performance analyses related to productivity and resource utilization.


• Updating of operational databases.


• Manage visualization tools. (Power BI)


• Development of continuous improvement projects.


• Delivery Waste process


• Execute sanity checks & process confirmations for the different areas.
