Accor Hotels is seeking a Senior Outlet Manager for the SLS Playa Mujeres Cancún, All-Inclusive Collection. Lead daily Food & Beverage operations, supervise on-floor performance, and drive guest satisfaction and sales in a luxury resort setting.

You will cooperate with department leaders, monitor service standards, and implement corrective actions from audits and guest feedback to ensure an exceptional guest experience and optimal commercial results.

Formación

• Bachelor's or technical degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably within hotel, luxury, or lifestyle environments.
• Knowledge of luxury/lifestyle brand standards (LQA, Forbes, AAA) preferred.
• Strong passion for service excellence and guest experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong observational and operational analytical skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on sales and business performance.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular floor observations to ensure compliance with LQA and Ennismore standards, including service delivery, sequences, presentation, ambiance, and employee attitude.
• Ensure guest experience aligns with brand standards across all Food & Beverage outlets and touchpoints.
• Identify operational gaps and communicate findings to leaders for immediate action.
• Support managers and captains to achieve service, guest satisfaction, and sales targets.
• Follow up on action plans from audits, guest feedback, and observations.
• Assist in aligning daily priorities through pre-shift briefs, upselling focus, and service standards.
• Monitor guest experience during service and address issues promptly.
• Support handling and follow-up of guest complaints with proper resolution and learning.
• Monitor guest satisfaction indicators and brand audits.
• Help outlet leaders achieve sales targets, average check, and active promotions.
• Ensure execution of menus, events, activations, and commercial strategies.
• Identify opportunities to enhance upselling and dining experience.
• Prepare basic reports on observations and progress, and follow up on commitments.

Job Description

Support the seamless execution of daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring that restaurants and bars consistently operate in accordance with LQA and Ennismore service standards.

The role will focus on hands-on floor supervision, supporting department leaders, monitoring operational performance, and following up on key guest satisfaction and sales indicators to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular floor observations to ensure compliance with LQA and Ennismore standards, including service delivery, service sequences, presentation, ambiance, and employee attitude.
• Ensure the guest experience remains consistent with brand standards across all Food & Beverage outlets and guest touchpoints.
• Identify operational gaps and promptly communicate findings to the appropriate leaders to ensure immediate corrective action.
• Work closely with managers and captains to support the achievement of service, guest satisfaction, and sales targets.
• Follow up on action plans resulting from audits, guest feedback, and operational observations.
• Support the team in aligning with daily operational priorities through pre-shift briefings, upselling focus, and key service standards.
• Monitor the guest experience throughout service, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and addressing service issues as they arise.
• Support the handling and follow-up of guest complaints, ensuring appropriate resolution, proper closure, and operational learning.
• Monitor guest satisfaction indicators, including surveys, internal feedback, and brand audits.
• Support outlet leaders in achieving sales targets, average check goals, and active promotions.
• Ensure the proper execution of menus, special events, activations, and commercial strategies.
• Identify opportunities to enhance suggestive selling, upselling, and the overall dining experience.
• Prepare basic reports covering operational observations, service standard findings, and progress on action plans.
• Follow up on operational commitments and initiatives established by the Food & Beverage Management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.
