LEGO Group in Monterrey, NL, Mexico is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team of 30+ operators, safeguard the brand and information, and drive production performance in close alignment with the daily plan.
You will develop people, manage safety and quality, collaborate with nearby plants, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while upholding LEGO values and policies across the operation.

Being part of a department where you can directly influence how we safeguard our brand and information. This position will be close to the operation to be able to see at first hand how the day-to-day looks like, but also have the opportunity to have a wider scope and be able to propose new insights and projects that work for the whole process.
Leading a team of operators, the Supervisor ensures that the area meets its performance targets, ensuring the fulfillment of the production plan. The main challenges for this position are the collaborator management, people development, follow up the tactical implementation plan, ensure the brand protection and novelty confidentially and participation with other plants to share standard methodologies.
Note: This position is based at our LEGO Operaciones de Mexico manufacturing factory located in Cienega de Flores, NL This is not a remote position
