A leading apparel company is seeking a Payroll Administration professional to manage payroll processing and HR operations. This role requires attention to detail in collecting and verifying payroll data, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and supporting employee inquiries. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Workday and ServiceNow, ensuring an efficient payroll mechanism. Payroll Administration (Immediate Focus)
  • Collect, verify, and process employee payroll data (e.g., hours worked, overtime, bonuses, deductions).
  • Ensure accurate calculation of gross / net pay, benefits, severance, and tax withholdings.
  • Partner with Finance and third-party providers to ensure timely payment execution and statutory compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure payroll data integrity across Workday and vendor systems.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports for internal stakeholders and legal compliance requirements.
  • Support employee payroll inquiries and corrections through ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed.
  • Review, validate, and process monthly FONACOT statements for payment.
  • Review, validate, and submit monthly Payroll Tax (ISN) declarations across different states for payment.
  • Review payroll accounting entries for accuracy and provide approval for posting in Finance systems
HR Operations & Shared Services
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations transactions such as data changes, requisition management, and employee lifecycle activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance in Workday.
  • Serve as first-line support for HR cases via ServiceNow, ensuring consistent, timely, and employee-centered resolutions.
  • Partner with HR, Benefits, and Compensation teams to support regional programs (e.g., compensation cycles, benefits enrollment, audits, and data reviews).
  • Collaborate with local and global HR teams to document, streamline, and standardize HR processes across LATAM in alignment with global policies and frameworks.
  • Develop, maintain, and publish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and knowledge base articles in ServiceNow to enhance employee self-service, ensure process consistency, and support training for HR and shared services teams.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in compliance with company policies, audit standards, and local labor regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze ServiceNow metrics and Workday data to identify recurring issues, efficiency gaps, and opportunities for automation or process improvement.
  • Support system testing, process rollouts, and regional onboarding of new tools or functionalities within the HR Shared Service Center to ensure adoption, accuracy, and alignment with global standards.
