Job summary

Flex is seeking a Sr Program Manager in Guadalajara, North Campus, reporting to the VP, Program Management. You will coordinate the delivery of products and services to meet client expectations with a multifunctional Customer Focus Team (CFT).

The role involves planning, financial management, and negotiations across multiple accounts, with a strong emphasis on launching new programs and ensuring P&L alignment. English and Spanish are required.

• Experience leading small teams (~3) and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience supporting plant launches and ramp-ups.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain work systems, procedures, and policies to enable optimal performance.
• Manage operation financials to meet goals and contract obligations.
• Identify client needs and translate to project execution.
• Support contract negotiations and price definitions.
• Coordinate product lifecycle and align with launch costs and P&L projections.
