Se valoran experiencia administrativa o en AP, manejo de Excel y ERP; se prioriza inglés por requerimiento y se ofrece crecimiento profesional en un entorno de innovación y transformación digital.

Qualifications

• Conocimiento práctico del procesamiento de facturas y revisión documental.
• Organización, atención al detalle y capacidad para seguir procedimientos.
• Manejo de Excel y ERP; inglés requerido por requisición.

Responsibilities

• Recibir, revisar y registrar facturas y documentos de soporte utilizando los procedimientos establecidos en el ERP.
• Verificar información de proveedores y referencias de órdenes de compra o recepciones; documentar información faltante.
• Dar seguimiento al estado de las facturas y acciones requeridas por otras áreas.
• Identificar documentos duplicados, incompletos o inconsistentes y escalar las excepciones.
• Preparar reportes operativos simples para el cierre de periodo.
