Ingredion Incorporated in Guadalajara, Mexico, seeks a Sr. Analyst, Digital Solutions & Workday Operations to optimize our HR technology ecosystem. You will support Workday HCM, Time & Attendance, and Payroll, ensuring reliable data and smooth system performance.

In this role you will manage security, integrations, data loads, and testing, collaborate with HR stakeholders and IT teams, and mentor junior colleagues while contributing to process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM or a similar platform.
• Experience with Workday processes, reporting, EIBs, integrations, and security administration.
• Knowledge of payroll and/or time & attendance systems.

Responsabilidades

• Support the administration and optimization of Workday HCM (Core HCM, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning, Absence Management).
• Manage Workday security, integrations, EIBs, data loads, audits, testing activities, and release support.
• Support UKG Kronos Time & Attendance operations and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR decision-making.
• Participate in HR technology implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with HR teams and IT to enhance employee experience.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to knowledge management.
