Ingredion Incorporated in Guadalajara is seeking aQuality Documentation and Training Specialist to support the implementation and improvement of global quality documentation systems. You will assist in creating and delivering training, and maintain training materials and records, while collaborating on global documentation projects.

The candidate will bring a bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong English skills, and experience delivering training materials.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemistry, or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience developing and delivering training materials.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation and improvement of Global Quality Documentation systems and processes.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training for new systems and procedures.
• Create and maintain training materials, schedules, and documentation records.
• Support knowledge management initiatives by identifying training needs.
• Act as a key contributor to global documentation-related projects.
• Provide professional and timely customer support, ensuring a positive experience in every interaction.

What will you do:

• Support the implementation and improvement of Global Quality Documentation systems and processes
• Assist in the development and delivery of training for new systems and procedures
• Create and maintain training materials, schedules, and documentation records
• Support knowledge management initiatives by identifying and addressing training needs
• Act as a key contributor to global documentation-related projects
• Provide professional and timely customer support, ensuring a positive experience in every interaction

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemistry, or a related field
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working independently with minimal supervision and ability to seek guidance when needed
• Experience participating in or leading projects
• Experience developing and delivering training materials
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and web-based applications
• Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, SAP, Intelex, or TraceGains
