Danfoss is seeking an IT Intern to help enable smooth digital workflows and support local infrastructure in Reynosa. You will be the first line of support, solving technical challenges and ensuring engineers have reliable tools to innovate.

You will collaborate with local and global IT teams, take ownership of user support, and work on internal projects to drive an efficient, digital future.

Formación

• Foundational IT knowledge and appetite to learn

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality local and remote IT assistance to ensure business continuity.
• Coordinate digital requests via ticket follow-ups with global IT groups.
• Drive local IT initiatives and support site-specific tech tasks.
• Assist in optimizing internal tools and workflows using PowerApps and database knowledge

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support internal users by providing high-quality local and remote technical assistance to ensure business continuity.
• Coordinate digital requests through ticket follow-ups and collaboration with global IT groups for timely solutions.
• Drive local initiatives by tracking IT projects and supporting the execution of site-specific technological tasks.
• Optimize workflows using your skills in PowerApps and Database management to improve internal digital tools.
• Collaborate with partners and external vendors to ensure hardware and software services meet our operational standards.

What We're Looking For

• Foundational IT Knowledge: Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and basic networking to troubleshoot hardware and software.
• Technical Curiosity: Basic knowledge in development (PowerApps, DB) and a strong desire to learn and apply new technologies.
• Global Mindset: Proficiency in basic English (reading/writing) to navigate international systems and documentation.
• Professional Reliability: High sense of responsibility, punctuality, and effective communication to work in a dynamic corporate environment.
• Proactive Mindset: An autodidact and problem-solving approach with the initiative to improve processes and help others.
