HARTING Technology Group in Mexico is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Specialist to lead regional HR technology implementations and align global strategy with local needs.

You will drive standardized HR processes, support payroll harmonization, and champion adoption of SAP SuccessFactors across the region, working with international stakeholders to improve employee experience and governance.

Formación

• University degree in business administration, business informatics, HR management or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in HR digitalisation and HR transformation in an international environment.
• Sound knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HRIS solutions.
• Experience in payroll-related processes, HR process harmonization or digital transformation initiatives is beneficial.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and workshop moderation skills.
• Analytical mindset and structured working style.
• Very good written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the regional implementation of the HR digitalisation strategy in collaboration with the Center of Excellence (CoE) “Transformation & Digitalisation.”
• Interface between global HR digitalisation roadmap and regional business requirements.
• Implement a regional Enterprise Service Management setup.
• Support payroll harmonization through evaluation, selection, and implementation of suitable solutions.
• Promote adoption of SAP SuccessFactors modules and related digital HR tools, including AI functionalities.
• Plan and facilitate training sessions to increase digital capabilities within regional HR teams.
• Monitor project progress and provide transparent reporting on digitalisation initiatives.

As an Senior SAP Successfactors Specialist, you will drive the regional implementation of innovative HR technologies and act as a key interface between global strategy and local business needs. In this role, you will help shape standardized, efficient and user- orientated HR processes across the region, support payroll harmonization, and contribute to the successful rollout and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. Working closely with international stakeholders, you will play an active part in advancing the digital HR transformation and strengthening employee experience, process quality and governance.

• Drive the regional implementation of the HR digitalisation strategy in close collaboration with the Center of Excellence (CoE) “Transformation & Digitalisation”
• Act as a key interface between the global HR digitalisation roadmap and regional business requirements, translating strategic objectives into effective local solutions
• Responsible for the implementation of a regional Enterprise Service Management Setup
• Drive regional payroll harmonization by supporting the evaluation, selection & implementation of suitable solutions
• Actively support the introduction, optimization and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors modules and related digital HR tools incl. advanced AI functionalities
• Plan and facilitate training sessions and workshops to increase digital capabilities within regional HR teams
• Monitor project progress, implementation status, and provide transparent reporting on digitalisation initiatives

Your profile:

• University degree in business administration, business informatics, HR management or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in HR digitalisation and HR transformation in an international environment
• Sound knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HRIS solutions
• Experience in payroll-related processes, HR process harmonization or digital transformation initiatives is beneficial
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, and cultures
• Excellent communication, facilitation and workshop moderation skills
• Analytical mindset, structured way of working and strong problem-solving skills
• Very good written and spoken English skills; additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally
