VPM Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator (SPANISH SPEAKERS ONLY) to oversee inbound work orders, troubleshoot with residents, dispatch vendors, and coordinate between vendor and resident during the work order lifecycle.

The role includes reviewing invoices, ensuring policy compliance, and updating all work orders daily. The perfect candidate is fluent in Spanish, detail-oriented, and proficient with maintenance software.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews all inbound work orders for legitimacy
• Approves/denies work order
• Troubleshoot with resident
• Works with Vendor and Resident during the work order process
• Review before/after photos from vendor
• Receives reviews and approves the invoice
• Escalates challenges to the property manager
• Reviews and updates all work orders daily
• Upkeeps vendor insurance and license in the system
• Sends customer satisfaction survey to residents upon work order completion
• Receives approval from owners for work above the maintenance limit
