Naya Homes is seeking an Owner Experience Specialist to manage relationships with homeowners in Puerto Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta. The role demands proactive communication, accurate documentation, and a focus on owner satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities include executing daily owner touches, updating property status, and maintaining CRM records. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; this is a remote contractor position with flexible hours to meet KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Execute 20–25 owner interactions per day via calls, email, and text.
• Log every interaction in Monday.com the same day.
• Provide owners with property updates, timelines, and costs.
• Identify early churn signals and escalate as needed.
