Four Seasons Punta Mita is seeking a Steward to support our Food and Beverage outlets with award-winning service through attention to detail and a focus on the highest level of cleanliness.

You will clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine, maintain sanitation of kitchen equipment, and handle chemicals safely while contributing to a premium guest experience.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine.
• Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities.
• Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
• Maintain the silver polishing program.
• Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner.
