Job summary

WTW is seeking an Investment Solutions Analyst to join the US Growth Team. You will develop custom investment solutions for clients, produce proposals and related materials, and support new business development and product development efforts.

Responsibilities include creating client-specific solutions, analyzing investments, and contributing to sales materials and presentations while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in financial services environment.
• Understanding financial markets and institutional investing.
• High attention to detail with a track record of delivering accurate, high-quality work.
• BS or BA from accredited university, progress toward CFA or MBA a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English is required, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with U.S.-based colleagues and stakeholders.
