Job summary

Mech‑Mind Robotics is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support outside sales by translating customer needs into technical proposals and demonstrations. You will collaborate with sales and solutions engineering to design and present automation solutions that fit customer processes.

You will travel frequently to customer sites, deliver compelling technical presentations, and help shape proposals through detailed specifications and scoping discussions, contributing to winning milestones across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, 3+ years of experience as a solutions engineer or similar role in a technical sales environment.
Understanding of automation solutions such as conveying, ASRS, goods-to-person, sortation, palletizing, depalletizing, piece picking, automated vehicles, and industrial/collaborative robots.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness for frequent business travel.

Responsibilities

Support the sales strategies and customer interaction of the outside sales team.
Develop and implement processes between sales and solutions engineering.
Coordinate and participate in technical demonstrations, presentations and proposals for customers and prospects.
Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team and customers throughout the sales cycle.
Identify customer requirements and pain points, and propose solutions that address them.
Responsible for the conceptual sales technology specification of proposals and support sales in contract negotiations.
