Overview.ai is seeking a Vision Sales Engineer to drive presence in Monterrey and Querétaro, working directly on factory floors to deploy AI vision solutions. This role combines field engineering with customer success, focusing on discovery, demonstrations, and hands-on deployments across two major Mexican manufacturing hubs.

You will travel 60-80% of the time, engage with customers on site, and guide projects from discovery through production deployment with support from the engineering team.

Formación

• Experience in industrial environments, ideally with vision systems, robotics, automation, or advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Comfort on factory floors; hands-on with equipment, debugging issues, supporting live production.

Responsabilidades

• Support customer onboarding from first conversation through production deployment.
• Lead technical discovery, live demos, onsite evaluations, and troubleshooting on factory floors.
• Identify and evaluate high-impact inspection opportunities for deployment.
• Execute hands-on installations and troubleshooting with manufacturing teams.
• Provide field insights and feedback to inform product and deployment strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key manufacturing partners across Monterrey and Querétaro.
