WPP Media Limited is seeking a Solutions Engineer within its customer success team. You will design and deploy technical solutions that address customer needs, collaborating across sales, product, and engineering to ensure value realization and successful integrations.

The role requires strong technical acumen, excellent communication, and the ability to lead workshops and trainings, while thriving in a fast‑paced, hybrid work environment.

Formación

• Must have hands‑on experience delivering value in customer success or CS operations.
• Able to translate customer needs into technical designs and scalable solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand customer objectives.
• Design customized technical solutions aligned with product capabilities.
• Create solution architectures, diagrams, and technical docs to communicate requirements.
• Configure and deploy integrations using APIs and third‑party tools.
• Conduct solution demos, PoCs, and pilot projects to validate feasibility.
• Partner with software teams to ensure seamless customization and integration.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the solution lifecycle and workshops for customers.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, escalating with clear root cause analysis.
