Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Sr. Analyst - Process Analytics - SCM to analyze supply chain data, identify trends, and develop optimization strategies.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance performance, as well as monitoring inventory and ensuring timely replenishment. You will evaluate supplier performance, negotiate contracts to achieve cost savings, and identify risks with mitigation plans to maintain operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Statistics.
• Masters in Data Science or related certifications such as CPIM/CSCP/CPP/CPSM/ISM.
• APICS CSCP certification and CPP/CPSM/CSCP qualifications listed.
• CSCP from Indian Institute of Management, Trichy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance supply chain performance;
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet demand;
• Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts to drive cost savings and improve quality;
• Identify risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation plans to ensure continuity of operations.
