Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions seeks a Software Engineering Manager to lead teams delivering ELERA, an AI-native development tooling platform used by major retailers worldwide. You will guide engineering execution, set milestones, and own end-to-end delivery while advancing architecture and production stability.

You will hire and develop engineers, mentor leaders, and collaborate with Principal Engineers on standards while ensuring delivery aligns with customer needs and market impact.

Formación

• 5-10+ years in software development with 3-10 years in leadership or manager role.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong software engineering background with a track record of shipping production systems at scale.
• Demonstrated leadership of software engineers, formally as a manager or tech lead, staff engineer, or senior IC.
• Experience with Agile delivery, SDLC, and CI/CD in a continuous deployment environment.
• Comfort moving between architectural level and debugging, plus executive reviews and sprint standups.
• Track record of leading through ambiguity and recovering from incidents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
