LexisNexis Legal & Professional in Mexico City is seeking a Software Engineering Lead to guide a team delivering impactful software solutions. You will mentor developers, shape technical direction, and participate in project planning to ensure high-quality delivery.

Fluency in English and Spanish, along with a strong background in .NET/C# and Angular, will help you collaborate across diverse teams. The role is hybrid, onsite two days per week.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Reside in Mexico City and onsite 2 days per week.
• Proficient in .NET/C# and Angular.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Skilled in test-driven development and working with complex data models.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage technical resources.
• Strong planning, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator across diverse audiences and organizational levels.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first point of contact for technical issues within your team.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to finalize requirements.
• Write and review technical specifications and code for moderately complex systems.
• Resolve advanced bugs and technical challenges.
• Translate product requirements into effective software designs.
• Promote best practices in development, including code reviews and testing.
• Work in Agile, Kanban, or other development environments.
• Mentor and support junior engineers in their growth.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends.
• Design and manage complex data models.
• Lead team operations including hiring, training, performance feedback, and fostering innovation.
