LexisNexis Legal & Professional in Mexico City is seeking a Software Engineering Lead to guide a team of developers, contribute to hands-on coding, mentor engineers, and shape technical direction for impactful software solutions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to finalize requirements, promote best practices, and ensure high-quality delivery in a fast-paced, bilingual environment. The role emphasizes leadership, scalable design, and ongoing professional growth.

Formación

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Reside in Mexico City; onsite 2 days per week.
• Proficient in .NET/C# and Angular.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Test-driven development and working with complex data models.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage technical resources.
• Strong planning, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator across diverse audiences and organizational levels.
