LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead complex initiatives and shape the architecture of our legal technology solutions. You will mentor developers, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and drive strategic technical decisions.

Based in Mexico City or willing to commute to the Reforma office, you will work with .NET (C#) and Angular, focus on scalable data models, and champion test‑driven development across cross‑functional teams.

Formación

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Based in Mexico City or willing to commute 2 days per week to Reforma office.
• Strong experience with .NET (C#) and Angular.
• Expertise in data modeling, optimization, and test‑driven development.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a technical lead and point of contact for external technology partners.
• Contribute to product design and architecture.
• Collaborate with customers and end users to understand needs.
• Provide expert guidance on coding and technical issues.
• Write and review technical specifications and complex code.
• Resolve advanced bugs and performance issues.
• Design and manage complex data models.
• Mentor and support the growth of other developers.
• Participate in cross‑functional planning and project execution.
