LexisNexis Legal & Professional is hiring a Senior Software Engineer II to lead advanced software development and implementation. You will influence project plans, translate user requests into effective solutions, and contribute to strategic direction while delivering complex research and coding tasks.

The role requires hands-on experience designing software in a product area, strong .NET (C#) expertise, and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience designing and developing software within a product or functional area.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong understanding of Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with data models, storage subsystems, and data manipulation.
• Ability to collaborate across teams with technical stakeholders.
• Experience applying software development and testing best practices.
• Ability to write and review technical documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Perform complex research, design, and software development tasks within a software functional area or product line.
• Write and review detailed specifications for complex system components.
• Complete complex bug fixes and resolve technical issues as necessary.
• Understand and translate complex product requirements into software designs.
• Implement development processes, coding best practices, and conduct code reviews.
• Design and work with complex data models.
• Keep abreast of new technology developments and interface with technical teammates to finalize requirements.
