United States Digital Space LLC in Mexico City is seeking an Ops Associate to support users via social channels and internal teams. The role is highly operational, handling medium-complexity tasks and escalating issues when needed to ensure exceptional user experiences.

Ideal candidates bring a passion for solving problems, a process-driven mindset, and strong cross-team collaboration skills. Weekend work may be required with a weekday off in lieu as part of CDMX operations.

Formación

• Experience with social media support and resolving user issues through social channels.
• Experience in customer support and external user-facing operations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical thinker with a process-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional the company experience by resolving issues across social media platforms.
• Resolve issues escalated via social media, including technical product questions.
• Partner with internal teams as escalation point for high-stakes user issues and initiate incident reports.
• Coordinate executive escalations from leaders with other teams.
• Contribute to and manage programs to improve the user experience.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements for global scale.
• Help build a brand-new Ops team and operational culture.
