Job summary

We Latinoamerica in Naucalpan, State of Mexico, is seeking a creative Social Media Coordinator to develop and execute engaging content and grow our brand online. You will manage our social presence across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, crafting posts, visuals, and stories.

The ideal candidate combines storytelling with analytics to optimize engagement, partners with the marketing team on campaigns, and stays current with trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar.
• Excellent understanding of major platforms and audiences.
• Strong content creation skills: copywriting, basic design, and video editing.
• Proficient with social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal Spanish.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Naucalpan local market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
