Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an innovative and experienced Digital Communications and Social Media Coordinator to join the team remotely from anywhere in Mexico, shaping our client’s online presence. You will develop engaging content, manage social communities, monitor trends, and drive campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

The role requires a data-driven mindset, strong Spanish communication skills, and the ability to translate strategic goals into effective

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Communications Specialist, or similar role.
• Experience managing and growing social media accounts for a brand.
• Strong content creation skills (writing, basic graphic design, video editing).
• Proficiency with social media analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
• Experience with paid social media advertising.
• Excellent written and verbal Spanish; English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital communications strategy across social media platforms.
• Create engaging content (text, images, videos, infographics) tailored for each platform.
• Manage and grow social media communities, foster interaction and respond to comments.
• Monitor online conversations and trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Execute paid social media campaigns to reach target audiences.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide reports with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the communications team to ensure brand consistency.
• Develop and manage online reputation management strategies.
• Assist in website content and email marketing campaigns as needed.
