Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a creative Social Media Strategist & Content Creator for its Ciudad Juárez marketing team. You will develop engaging campaigns to raise brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost online sales across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more.

You will own content calendars, craft visuals and copy, analyze campaign performance, and collaborate with design and product teams to ensure consistent brand voice. Residency in or near Ciudad Juárez is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• Proven experience as Social Media Strategist or Content Creator.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and visual content creation.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, analytics tools, and reporting.
• Experience with advertising platforms like Facebook Ads Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging and high-quality content tailored to each platform and audience.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience sentiment.
• Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster positive interactions.
• Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives.
• Analyze social media metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
• Identify opportunities for growth, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
