Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum +3 years of experience in electronic Industry as production or manufacturing Coordination (SMT/Backend).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules to meet objectives.
• Ensure availability of materials, tools, and personnel to meet targets.
• Supervise shop floor personnel, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics to maintain material flow.
• Monitor KPIs such as efficiency, scrap, cycle time, and on-time delivery.
• Identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in process improvements (SMED, 5S, Lean).
• Support new working methods to optimize time and resources.
• Communicate goals, schedule changes and priorities to the team.
• Facilitate follow-up meetings with supervisors and operators.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety policies.
• Support audits (ISO, CTPAT, IATF 16949).
• Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance to resolve production issues.
