Danfoss in Mexico is seeking a Security Coordinator to protect people, facilities and business operations, creating a safe and secure environment where teams can drive innovation and operational excellence.

You will lead site security initiatives, conduct risk assessments, manage CCTV and access control, and partner with internal teams and service providers to sustain continuity and compliance across our supply chain.

Formación

• Experience coordinating security operations in industrial or corporate environments.
• Ability to lead security teams and service providers.
• Knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, and preventive practices.
• Experience with supply chain security programs like OEA and C-TPAT.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site security operations and coordinate activities to protect people and assets.
• Conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage CCTV and access control systems to improve security visibility.
• Drive security improvement projects involving infrastructure and admin controls.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to maintain standards and compliance.
