Danfoss Climate Solutions in Mexico seeks a Manufacturing Technician to keep production equipment running safely and efficiently. You will be a technical resource on the shop floor, collaborating with production, quality, planning, maintenance, and EHS to solve challenges and drive continuous improvement.
The role offers exposure to automation, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and CNC systems, with opportunities to impact operational excellence and business results in a hands-on environment.
Formación
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain production equipment.
- Experience supporting CNC equipment and front-line operator support.
- Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Clear English communication to explain technical issues.
- Continuous improvement mindset and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsabilidades
- Lead equipment troubleshooting to quickly restore production performance.
- Support production and quality teams by resolving machine concerns.
- Analyze failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Apply automation, mechanical, electrical, pneumatics and CNC skills to improve reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet manufacturing goals with safety and quality.
