Danfoss in Mexico is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead daily shop floor operations, drive operational excellence, and model best practices in safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will actively manage daily operations, engage employees, tackle problems, and mentor teams to sustain high performance in a high-volume manufacturing setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 3 years in a Production Management leadership role.
• Proven experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved.
• Maintain a strong presence on the production floor, providing direct support to supervisors, team leaders, and operators.
• Monitor and drive KPIs including OEE, productivity, scrap, downtime, and labor efficiency.
• Identify and resolve production issues in real time through structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and waste reduction initiatives.
