Job summary

Infosys Mexico is seeking an experienced SRE/DevOps professional to build and operate monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks across services in Mexico. You will implement robust observability using Grafana, Prometheus, and related tooling, and collaborate with development teams to embed reliability into architectures.

You will lead incident response, define SLO/SLI strategies, and drive toil reduction through automation, leveraging Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code

Qualifications

• Hands-on development of monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks using Grafana and Prometheus.
• Lead incident response, SLO/SLI strategy, and toil reduction through automation.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform); experience with Azure DevOps, Linux, Git, Puppet/Ansible.
