Job summary

NCR Atleos in Mexico City is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our production operations team. You will support cloud platforms, incident management, automation, and CI/CD pipelines to improve reliability and performance.

The role emphasizes observability, IaC, and cross-functional collaboration with Dev, Infra, and Security teams, with opportunities to explore AIOps and modern operating models.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of software engineering or DevOps experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS or related engineering field.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Support production systems and cloud platforms to achieve reliability, performance, and availability objectives.
• Participate in incident management, troubleshooting, service restoration, and root cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts, operational tools, and self-service capabilities.
• Assist with CI/CD pipeline maintenance and deployment automation.
• Build and maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, runbooks, and documentation.
