This role emphasizes incident response, capacity planning, proactive monitoring, and adherence to operational standards across global services, with a culture of blameless post-mortems and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Observability through metrics, logs, traces to detect incidents and improve services.
• Ability to write scripts in Python/Go/Bash for automation.
• Experience administering Linux/Unix systems and networks.
• Design, deploy and manage cloud resources with AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Apply DevOps practices including CI/CD, containers, and orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Work independently on elements of projects within Site Reliability Engineering area.
• Support high-availability systems to ensure operational stability.
• Contribute to automation and scripting projects to streamline tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalate as needed.
• Document procedures and share knowledge with the team.
• Participate in quality checks to ensure system reliability.
• Make minor adjustments to improve operations with specialized knowledge.
