Mastercard Technology is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer II to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of critical applications across Mastercard's global operations. You will mentor teams, drive automation, and promote a culture of fault-tolerant design and proactive incident response.

You will lead observability efforts, implement resilient systems, and collaborate with product teams to align operational needs with business goals.

Formación

Observability: implement observability solutions with metrics, logs and traces.
Programming: write and maintain automation scripts in Python/Go/Bash.
Systems/Network Administration: configure, operate, and maintain systems and networks.

Responsabilidades

Work independently on elements of projects within Site Reliability Engineering to meet quality standards.
Support the implementation and maintenance of high-availability systems for operational stability.
Assist in evaluating operational needs and developing technical solutions.
Contribute to automation and scripting projects to streamline tasks.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalate complex problems as needed.
Document procedures and share knowledge with the team.
Participate in quality checks to ensure system reliability.
Apply area knowledge to make minor adjustments and possibly manage small initiatives.
