OPmobility is seeking a Regional Purchasing CAPEX Professional to lead strategic sourcing for capital expenditures in the mobility sector. You will evaluate assembly supplier markets, create supplier panels, and develop cost-efficient contracts while collaborating with sales, projects, and quality teams.

You will build robust supplier relationships, manage supplier risk, and ensure alignment with automotive standards to meet yearly objectives and deliver value across the organization.

Formación

• Experience in strategic sourcing for CAPEX projects.
• Knowledge of automotive supplier landscape and contracting.
• Strong negotiation and supplier risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement and present commodity strategies for regional CAPEX procurement.
• Build and maintain supplier panel and relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate and deploy standard agreements with core suppliers and ensure contract compliance.
• Support project teams to achieve cost savings and cash flow improvements.
• Manage capacity and RFQ processes across the supply base.
• Track performance with supplier scorecards and drive corrective actions.

MISSION

• Project Specific Investment buyer's mission is:
• Evaluate Assembly supplier market
• Create and implement a strategy for a given product portfolio.
• Develop robust suppliers’ panel.
• Establish contracts
• Support Sales and project teams to have most cost-effective solutions to gain business
• Manage supplier risks
• Develop business plans
• Ensure proper supplier management in accordance with the industry’s standards
• Track and achieve yearly objectives within given timeline.
• Support Cross functional teams (Supply chain, Program buyers supplier quality)
• To develop in depth knowledge of their commodity’s market and cost structure

Responsibilities & Activities

SUPPLY BASE MANAGEMENT

• Design, implement and present commodity strategies
• Create and maintain close contact with different departments (Project, development, quality, legal, finance)
• Develop global and robust suppliers’ panel according to automotive standards
• Build cost models
• Conduct suppliers’ capability studies by performing on-sight evaluation audits with development and quality team
• Communicate Business plan with suppliers

CONTRACT IMPLEMENTATION

• Negotiate and deploy standard agreements with core suppliers
• Ensure that contractual conditions and group procedures are well applied and respected by suppliers as well by project teams
• Support group objectives in terms of savings and cash flow improvement

TRANSVERSAL PROJECTS MANAGEMENT

• Capacity management
• Transversal RFQ management (including sourcing, RFQ process, negotiation, nomination, validation follow up etc)

SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT

• Performance and scorecard follow up with suppliers (including action plan management)
• Supplier requests for change management
• Support project buyers to obtain best economic conditions
• Problem solving and look for alternative solutions
