Thermo Fisher Scientific in Mexico is seeking a Site Contract Specialist to prepare, negotiate and finalize study site contracts, while coordinating with internal teams to align timelines and ensure compliant, high‑quality documents.

This role focuses on assessing legal, financial and operational risks, applying budget guidance and escalating issues through established channels to enable timely site activation and contract execution.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic qualification
• 2–5 years of experience or equivalent
• Equivalency acceptable with education/training/experience

Responsabilidades

• Drafts, reviews, negotiates and finalizes agreements with study sites according to local processes.
• Negotiates within approved parameters and follows established escalation routes.
• Ensures compliance with negotiation parameters, approvals, and client expectations.
• Manages budget guidance, templates and process for site contracts.
