Thermo Fisher Scientific in Mexico is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Coordinator to join the global team and provide administrative and technical support to project teams. You will coordinate trial activities, support eTMF processes, and train new staff during onboarding to ensure process improvements across departments.

The role requires strong organizational skills, bilingual communication, and the ability to manage multiple trials with timely, accurate documentation and vendor coordination.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant clinical trial coordination experience.
• Ability to work in a cross functional team with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English and local language; strong document management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and facilitate trial activities per task matrix and country role.
• Perform regulatory document reviews and track findings in systems.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time, within budget, with high quality.
• Maintain study documentation and global support using specified systems and trackers.
• Provide system support for GoBalto and eTMF; assist RBM activities.
• Schedule client/internal meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
